The company raised its initial $10 million Series A round in 2022 from investors including TLCom, Capria, Lateral Frontiers, Ingressive Capital, and Enza Capital. This latest funding signals strong investor confidence as SeamlessHR accelerates its expansion across Africa.

“Over the last five years, we have expanded across the continent to become the dominant HR and Payroll Software for medium to large enterprises in Africa,” said Emmanuel Okeleji, SeamlessHR’s Co-founder and CEO.
The company aims to continue optimizing workforce productivity for the private and public sectors. It also plans to expand its offerings to include responsible credit products, enabling Africans to use their employment as collateral to access better financial opportunities.
